Stylist Assignment and Requesting Stylists

A professional licensed stylist will be chosen and assigned to you depending on your location and appointment time. If you are receiving both hair and makeup service, you will receive one stylist. At this time we do not allow requests for specific artists.

Add-On Services

When booking services, be sure to book all services needed for that time and location. Stylists at this time cannot accept add-on services for additional clients or services as they often have other appointments scheduled.

Travel and Parking Fees

Travel and parking fees are incorporated into all service pricing. If services are requested outside of our current service area (10-15 mile radius of Center City Philadelphia), please contact us. A travel fee will apply, depending on the requested service location, if a stylist is available to travel to your location.


Gratuity is not included in service pricing. It is requested that you tip your Beauty on Demand stylist in cash (credit cards and checks are not accepted for gratuity) with the rate of 20% of total services.


All payments are due in full at the time of booking the appointment. All of our payment processing is done securely through PayPal. All forms of debit and credit are accepted. No cash or checks please.


All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment in order to receive a full refund. If the appointment is not canceled within that time frame, the full amount of the services will be retained.

Late Appointments

If a stylist arrives at your given location and you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled if the stylist has other appointments scheduled. If the stylist is not scheduled for any additional appointments, a $25/half hour waiting fee may apply.

Appointment Availability

Beauty on Demand has a large team of stylists in the Philadelphia area to service you. However, in the instance Beauty on Demand has no stylists available for your requested time, someone from our office will contact you to schedule a new time. All appointments will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking. All online appointments must be made 48 hours in advance. If you are requesting an appointment less than 48 hours – please contact us direct.


Beauty on Demand does not service clients on the following holidays – New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
